E MULE AND VISTA

I paid to have emule program and it doesnt work yet !!!! it seems
there is a problem between vista and e mule..; and I dont understand
english well ... and the website can't be very usefull for me ;

what can I do ?

eMule is a free Open source program, you shouln't have paid it, you
have been thru a crook machinery
